In the summer of 2016 three teachers from the school center were actively working on the evaluation by rubrics with the aim of creating the most necessary for our respective subjects and also with the intention of sharing them with the rest of the teaching team of our institution.
During this teamwork, we created 7 rubrics: cooperative work, group presentation, individual presentation, reflection, written work, attitude, and the last one to evaluate debates.
The design of these rubrics was done with a free rubric tool for Google Apps for Education (GAFE), after that we discover Additio App as a digital gradebook for teachers and because we also planned to use that tool to perform Coevaluation and Self-evaluation.
In September 2016 and after introducing the Additio App tool to the other fellow teachers, we decided to move our seven rubrics to the digital gradebook and then share them with the rest of the teaching team.
The three teachers distributed the work with a simple “copy and paste” of the rubrics from the old tool to Additio App and shared them with us through the application.
Once in my digital gradebook I already had all the rubrics, I created a group-class with my own name. This group called “Bego” serves me to see in my schedule not only the classes I have with my respective groups of students, but to see in my schedule other working hours as guards, hours of tutorials, department, … .. In this group I have A series of “fictitious” students who precisely correspond with the teachers of my center who decided to join Additio App and to whom I gave training at the beginning of the course on the application.
